Pentair Pentek 3G Standard Series Housings come with caps for integral or mounting brackets, as well as opaque and clear sumps. These housings are compatible with both standard double open end (DOE) cartridges and our O-ring sealing cartridges. The O-ring design ensures better sealing for critical cartridge applications.

Our 3G Standard Filter Housings are made of durable polypropylene or clear Styrene-Acrylonitrile (SAN). The reinforced polypropylene housings offer excellent chemical resistance, making them suitable for various residential, commercial, and industrial purposes. The clear sumps, made of Styrene-Acrylonitrile (SAN), allow convenient inspection of the cartridge and also have excellent chemical compatibility.

All our housings are equipped with 3/4" NPT inlet and outlet ports. They are available in lengths of 10" and 20". The opaque sumps, manufactured with reinforced polypropylene, are designed to fit all 20" x 2.5" standard replacement filter cartridges. The housings are designed with buttress threads and uniform walls, making it easier to change cartridges and improving their overall strength. The caps have a pressure relief button for easy cartridge changes. The reinforced polypropylene cap also includes a built-in mounting bracket.
